Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the english.repair website and services
operated by English.Repair ("us", "we", or "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this website or purchasing our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these
Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Services
English.Repair provides technical support services including but not limited to:
- Computer repair and IT support
- Printer repair and maintenance
- WiFi and networking services
- Auto-electrical diagnostics
- The Expat Landing Kit (turnkey tech package)
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices displayed on our website are in Euros (€) and exclude 23% Portuguese VAT
(IVA) unless otherwise stated.
- Payment for the Expat Landing Kit is processed securely via Stripe.
- For on-site services, payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed.
4. Delivery and Installation
For the Expat Landing Kit:
- Delivery and installation is included for the Lisbon/Cascais area.
- Delivery outside the standard area may incur additional charges.
- We will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date and time.
5. Warranties and Liability
- All equipment supplied in the Expat Landing Kit comes with manufacturer warranties.
- We are not responsible for any data loss during repair or service work. Customers are advised to back up
their data before any service.
- Our liability is limited to the value of the service or product purchased.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
- For the Expat Landing Kit: Cancellations made before equipment is ordered are eligible for a full
refund. Once equipment is ordered, a restocking fee may apply.
- For on-site services: If you cancel within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee may
apply.
7. Intellectual Property
The content, design, and graphics on this website are owned by English.Repair and are protected by
intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any disputes relating
to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by
posting the new Terms on this page.
